At Red Tribe Community, we believe girls deserve more than a celebration—they deserve a journey. Through ten months of shared experiences, honest conversations, leadership development, and community, girls and their guardians grow together in Identity, Influence, and Impact, culminating in a celebration that reflects everything they've become.
Be Brave
Identity
Being bold means standing confidently in who God created you to be. As girls grow, they gain the courage to make wise choices, lead with character, and positively influence the world around them instead of being influenced by it. Guardians, your words, encouragement, and example help build that confidence. Girls, your voice matters. Don't let the world define you. Instead, let your values, your faith, and your character shape the world around you. When you know who you are, you discover your identity and thats when true influence can begin.
Be Brilliant
Impact
Being brilliant means investing in the relationship, not just the moment. Guardians, your presence matters more than having all the right answers. Girls, your voice matters too. At RTC we are creating a space where questions are welcomed, trust can grow, and honesty, encouragement, and love can flourish. As your confidence grows, so will your ability to positively influence the world around you. The greatest impact isn't simply becoming a young woman; it's becoming the kind of woman who leaves every person and every place better than she found it.

Build Your Community
As you reflect on your own journey into womanhood, you may realize that what was missing wasn't information, it was tribe. Many of us had women around us, but not always women we knew, trusted, or felt comfortable turning to. At Red Tribe Community, we believe no girl should have to navigate this journey alone.
It takes a tribe to raise a girl—and a guardian, too. One of the greatest gifts you can give your daughter is a community of trusted women who will celebrate her, encourage her, and help guide her through every season of life. Build your tribe intentionally. Let her see what healthy friendships look like. Let her know the names and faces of the women she can call when she needs wisdom, prayer, encouragement, or simply someone to listen. Because when girls know they're surrounded by a strong tribe, they grow with confidence, courage, and the assurance that they never have to walk alone.
