A mother listening as her daughter shares with her at home

Faith • Connection • Confidence

Growing up was never meant to happen alone.Grow with her.

Red Tribe Community brings mothers and daughters together for meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and an intentional journey into young womanhood.

She’s growing up either way. Let’s make sure she doesn’t have to figure it out alone.

RTC walks alongside strong, intentional mothers with tools, experiences, and community that turn awkward conversations into meaningful connections.

Sacred, Not Secret.

Girl360 Rite-of-Passage Program

Two people growing together. One journey with lifelong meaning.

Girl360 is a 10-month experience for girls ages 10–15+ and their mothers, guardians, or trusted adult women. It is not a drop-off class or a single celebration. Girls and trusted adults learn, talk, practice, reflect, serve, and celebrate together.

Whole-girl growth

Four Pillars

01

Mind

Self-Awareness

Girls learn to name their emotions, recognize their strengths, understand their values, and grow secure in their God-given identity.

02

Body

Education

Age-appropriate body literacy gives girls clear language for their changing bodies, cycles, hygiene, wellness, and confident self-advocacy.

03

Spirit

Confidence and Leadership

Faith, courage, communication, and discernment help girls strengthen their voice and lead with character—not simply follow the crowd.

04

Service

Community Engagement and Service

Girls put what they are learning into action through compassion, responsibility, meaningful service, and leadership within their communities.

Growing with her

Three Tracks

Identity. Influence. Impact.

Girls join the track that fits where they are today—and grow from there.

Track One

Identity

Ages 10–11

Be Brave

She discovers who she is, what she values, and how God uniquely created her—building courage to make wise choices and lead with character.

When she knows who she is, true influence begins.

Track Two

Influence

Ages 12–13

Be Bold

She learns to recognize what shapes her, navigate life’s questions with wisdom, and make confident choices instead of simply following.

She begins to influence the room rather than absorb it.

Track Three

Impact

Ages 14–15+

Be Brilliant

She strengthens her voice, develops her gifts, and practices leadership that leaves her community better than she found it.

Her growth becomes purpose in motion.

Format and expectations

Each month includes one two-hour in-person session and one one-hour virtual session across the 10-month journey. Families should plan for at least 70% attendance.

Trusted-adult participation

A mother, guardian, or trusted adult woman participates alongside each girl. Safety practices and participant expectations are shared before the cohort begins.

Investment

  • $45 per month, per pair.

Faith, conversation, celebration

Scripture and prayer are integrated throughout the experience. The journey culminates in a Rite-of-Passage Celebration that honors each girl’s growth and the connection strengthened along the way.

Month 10 • The culminating celebration

A gala lasts one evening. A rite of passage lasts a lifetime.

The Rite-of-Passage Gala is the joyful culmination of the Girl360 cohort—not a separate event. After mothers and daughters have walked through 10 months of learning, conversation, faith, service, and shared experiences, the gala creates space to honor each girl’s growth and mark her transition with intention.

Mothers and daughters celebrate alongside community partners, facilitators, family members, and tribe members who helped support the journey. Together, the room bears witness to who she is becoming and surrounds her as she steps into what comes next.
